How cool is this?

This is a new product they have at Williams-Sonoma called the Beaba (pronounced Bee-ah-buh)Babycook. It originated in Europe and is new the U.S., but wow, what a great idea. It won't be much longer until Noah starts eating real foods, so we better start convincing him now that pureed baby peas are DELICIOUS! Mmmmmmmmm!

We made our own baby food. You save a TON of money. A regular blender and a strainer work just as well if you're interested in saving money. A good book is Super Baby Food. It includes activities too for when he gets older. I have a better playdoh recipe tho if you want it. the recipe in the book gets either too dry or too gooey. The first batch I made with the new recipe is STILL good even today. Except for the pieces stuck in my carpet.

Dude! This looks awesome. You could probably make some pretty good smoothies in this thing too! I've got a good recipe for a pineapple, peas, and brussell sprout shake... YUMMY!!!
